Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds apply for Wills by NexIntake. It sits alongside your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other UK consumer law.
See before you pay
You can chat, answer questions, and preview a full watermarked draft of your will at no cost. You only pay after you have reviewed that draft and choose to continue. Because you see the whole draft before payment, we do not offer a “not satisfied” or money-back guarantee after purchase for change of mind alone.
Cooling-off and digital content
Distance contracts usually include a 14-day cooling-off period. Our paid product is digital content (your execution-ready PDF and signing guide) supplied immediately after payment. When you confirm at checkout that you want immediate supply and that you understand you lose the cooling-off right once download begins, the statutory cooling-off cancellation right for that digital content ends at that point.
If we have not begun supplying the digital content, or if the law otherwise requires it, you may still be entitled to cancel or receive a refund. Contact us and we will assess your situation fairly.
When we will refund
We will refund (or regenerate your documents) if, for example:
- payment succeeded but we failed to deliver your execution-ready PDF;
- there is a clear fault in the Service that we cannot fix within a reasonable time; or
- the law requires a refund in your circumstances.
How to contact us
Email hello@nexintake.com with your full name, the email used at checkout, approximate order date, and a short description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days. Where a refund is due, we process it through Stripe to your original payment method (banks typically show the credit within 5–10 working days after we issue it).
30-day free changes
Free changes for 30 days (with a free account) are separate from refunds. Use them to correct details in your will after purchase. Download without an account remains available from the success page and email for paid orders.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory rights for services not provided with reasonable care and skill, or other rights you cannot waive under UK law.
